I submitted this application form for an Artworker job thinking I'd at least get an interview, if only to explain what the hell I thought I was doing. I did not. I did however get into an interesting dialog about the effectiveness of forms for vetting candidates for creative positions. I argued I'd demonstrated the skills they were asking for, photoshop, typesetting, illustration skills, etc in my interpretation of the application form and besides, any good creative given 7 sheets of paper should do something more interesting than answer the questions in the boxes provided... They didn't agree however...
